TAX DEDUCTIBLE INFORMATION

Most donations made to Infant Bundles are tax deductible. Individuals may deduct the "fair market value" of donated items, please see IRS Publication 561 for questions.

Need a tax donation receipt? Include the following information with your donation: Name, e-mail address, date of donation, and itemized list of donations. Please use the form attached below.

We will e-mail you a signed donation receipt.

Infant Bundles does not keep permanent records of donations, please keep this receipt for your records.

Infant Bundles cannot determine the value of your items. The valuation is the responsibility of the donor.
